Boiler Installation & Replacement
A boiler limping through January will not survive February. We replace oil, gas, and propane boilers with correctly sized units, new near-boiler piping, and controls that get set up rather than ignored.
High-Efficiency Heating Systems
Condensing boilers and modulating burners spend most of the season at partial load, which is exactly where the savings live. We match equipment to your building's heat loss, not to the old nameplate.
Baseboard Heating
Fin-tube that is crushed, painted shut, or airbound gives up half its output. We replace elements, purge and rebalance zones, and add loops so the cold room stops being a family negotiation.
Radiant Heating
Warm floors, quiet rooms, no dust pushed around. We design and install radiant tubing in slabs, staple-up, and panel systems with manifolds and mixing valves set for even, efficient, low-temperature heat.
Propane Piping & Gas Appliance Connections
Ranges, dryers, fireplaces, generators, and grills. We run and pressure-test propane and natural gas lines, size them for the actual connected load, and document the test so inspection is uneventful.
