HVAC, Commercial & New Construction
Cooling, ventilation, rooftop equipment, and full mechanical packages for builders and business owners.
What to expect
Buildings that people work in have different problems than houses. The equipment runs longer, the downtime costs money, and the work has to happen around your customers. We install and service HVAC systems from cold-climate mini-splits in a farmhouse to rooftop units over a storefront, and we handle full plumbing and heating packages for new construction on the builder's schedule. Same crew, same standards, whether it is a single condenser or a mechanical room. If your operation cannot stop, we work nights and weekends so the doors stay open and your customers never know anyone was there.

HVAC Systems
Heating, cooling, and ventilation designed as one system instead of three purchases. We install, replace, and service equipment with the ductwork, controls, and airflow that make a thermostat setting mean something.
Heat Pumps & Mini-Splits
Cold-climate heat pumps heat through a New Hampshire winter and cool through August on the same equipment. We handle line sets, condensate, mounting, and the rebate paperwork that lowers the install cost.
Rooftop HVAC Units
Curb adapters, gas piping, condensate, and disconnects on equipment nobody thinks about until it quits. We install and service RTUs, then keep them on the seasonal maintenance that prevents the emergency.
Commercial Plumbing & Heating
Restaurants, offices, retail, and light industrial. Grease waste, backflow devices, mop sinks, ADA fixtures, and boiler rooms, scheduled around your hours so the doors stay open while we are working.
New Construction Plumbing & Heating
From slab to final trim. We rough in supply, waste, vent, gas, and heat on the builder's schedule, coordinate inspections, and set fixtures without becoming the reason the occupancy date slips.
Rough-in on new construction
Open joist bays, then drain and supply lines trenched and set below the slab. The mechanical work that has to be right before anything gets covered.
